This course will discuss ethical elements of educational leadership in all settings in a case approach to connect ethical leadership theory to educational practice. It will blend ethical theory, leadership theory and case-analysis in a critical thinking based framework to position educational leaders to grapple with the complexities of contemporary ethical issues. Students’ research will be aligned with the needs of their organizations, useful to their organizations and intended to effect positive change in their organizations. The research will culminate in a scholarly, comprehensive paper or project that integrates knowledge attained through coursework and research.
